AIDS Housing & Information Project (AHIP):
Offers information and referral on housing and services to both service
providers and people living with HIV/AIDS in Alameda County.
Services include: information on health and human services, including
legal aid, benefits advocacy, case management, substance abuse services,
referral to emergency shelter, supported and independent living situations,
and shared housing listings. Services are available in English and Spanish.
The line is staffed Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Messages can be
left on voice-mail 24 hours a day, and calls will be returned the next
business day.
