2-1-1 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with multi-lingual capabilities.

The more people who know about 2-1-1, the more people who can be helped. Help us promote the free, community referral 211 service.

You can do this by telling your friends and family; by making announcements and/or distributing 2-1-1 flyers at any meetings and community events you attend, and posting 2-1-1 flyers at stores and community bulletin boards.

We invite you to download 2-1-1 flyers and give them out, wherever you go. Potential locations include:

• Bulletin boards at coffee shops and restaurants

• Churches, synagogues, mosques and other faith based institutions

• Schools

• Your workplace

• Non-profit and volunteer groups

• Community meetings

• City council and other government meetings

• Neighborhood associations

• National night out, Neighborhood Watch

• Clubs such as Lions, Rotary, Boy/Girl Scouts, Sierra Club

• Political events.
